  Carefully pack the device in its original aesthetic packaging, ensuring all charging cables, manuals, and protective cases are included.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the device, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
